What counts as an extra visit?
A regular who comes back one more time than they would have: the coffee they'd have bought elsewhere, the haircut two weeks sooner. One of those a day is usually enough.

Why does the calculator use profit instead of revenue?
Because the program is paid from profit. An extra 100 in sales with a 40% margin is 40 you actually keep, so comparing the program's cost against revenue would overstate the return.
How many extra visits can a loyalty program bring?
It depends on how often your customers already come back. Businesses with frequent repeat visits, such as cafés, salons and bakeries, see the biggest effect. That is why this tool asks for your own estimate instead of promising a number.
What margin should I enter?
The share of the ticket you keep after the cost of the goods sold. If a coffee sells for 60 and the ingredients and cup cost 20, your margin is about 67%.
Does it work for more than one branch?
