About the role
Revio is a digital loyalty platform helping brands and small businesses replace paper punch cards with cards that live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. We're growing across MENA, and our design work is everywhere our merchants and their customers see us — the landing site, social, ads, sales decks, and the loyalty cards themselves.
We're hiring a full-time, fully remote Graphic Designer to own that visual surface end-to-end. You'll work directly with the founders and marketing team, ship work weekly, and have real influence on how the brand looks and feels.
What you'll do
- Design marketing creative for the landing site, social channels, and digital ad campaigns.
- Build new card templates for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet that merchants love using.
- Produce blog hero images, editorial illustrations, and infographics.
- Create visual assets for sales collateral — one-pagers, decks, lead magnets, and pitch materials.
- Maintain and evolve our brand system (colors, type, components) in Figma.
- Collaborate async with marketing, content, and product through clear written updates and clean handoffs.
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of experience as a graphic designer, in-house or at an agency.
- A portfolio with strong marketing, brand, or product design work — show us what you actually shipped.
- Confident in Figma. Comfortable in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Bilingual design sensibility — your work looks great in both Arabic and English layouts.
- Disciplined async communicator. You write things down, hit deadlines, and don't disappear.
- Bonus: motion design, illustration, or prior experience with loyalty, retail, or SaaS brands.
