You don't need design skills. The drag-and-drop card designer helps you build Apple and Google Wallet passes in minutes. Choose from 15 industry-specific templates or start from a blank canvas. Upload your logo, pick your brand colors, set your text, and preview the result on a simulated phone screen. The passes you design in Revio look like the ones major airlines and hotel chains issue, so your small business gets the same polished wallet presence.

Benefits

Key benefits

01

Drag & Drop

Move elements where you want them in a visual editor. Place your logo, adjust text, and arrange fields without writing code or learning design software. The editor runs in your browser on any device, and every change shows up in the preview right away. If you've ever made a social media post in Canva, you already have the skills to design a loyalty card in Revio.

02

Brand Colors

Match your exact brand palette by entering hex color codes or using the color picker. Set the background, text, label, and accent colors separately. The designer enforces contrast ratios so your card stays readable on all devices. If you know your brand colors (check your logo file, website, or packaging), you can make a card that looks like a natural extension of your brand in under 5 minutes.

03

Logo Upload

Upload your logo in PNG or JPEG and Revio places it to Apple and Google Wallet guidelines for you. The designer handles cropping, scaling, and background transparency so your logo looks sharp on every device. The logo is the most important brand element on a wallet pass. It's what customers see in their wallet list next to Apple Pay, airline passes, and event tickets.

04

Live Preview

See how your card looks on a simulated iPhone or Android phone as you design it. Every color change, text edit, and layout tweak shows up in the preview right away. Switch between the front and back of the card, see how the pass appears in the wallet list view, and check the QR code placement. You never have to guess how the final result will look. What you see in the designer is what customers see on their phone.

Process

How it works

1

Start Fresh or Template

Choose one of 15 templates built for specific industries (cafes, restaurants, salons, retail, and more), or start from a blank canvas. Templates give you a head start with set colors, layouts, and placeholder text you can change. Starting from scratch gives you full control. Either way, you reach a finished design in minutes, not hours.

2

Add Your Brand

Upload your logo (PNG is best for transparency), set your brand colors with hex codes or the visual picker, and edit the text fields. The pass has fields you can set for your business name, reward description, terms and conditions, store hours, and contact information. Each field has a label (small text above) and a value (larger text below), following the standard Apple and Google Wallet layout.

3

Preview & Adjust

The live preview updates with every change, showing how the pass appears in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Toggle between the front view (what customers see at a glance), the back view (where terms, hours, and extra info live), and the wallet list view (the small card in the wallet scroll). Adjust colors, text, and layout until it looks right. You can also send a test pass to your own phone to see it in the actual wallet app before publishing.

4

Publish

Once you're happy with the design, save and publish your pass. It's available right away through your enrollment QR code and link. New customers get this design, and existing customers' passes update to the new look on their own. Come back and edit the design whenever you want. Changes flow to all issued passes, so your brand stays consistent as it evolves.
